Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) is a white to off-white, odorless, free-flowing powder derived from natural cellulose. It is a water-soluble anionic polymer widely used as a thickener, stabilizer, binder, suspending agent, and water-retention additive in numerous industrial applications.
