Refunds, returns, replacements, and cancellations are handled according to the accepted quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, purchase order, or commercial contract.
Special and industrial orders
Raw materials, mining inputs, industrial goods, imported items, and special orders may be non-returnable after confirmation, production, dispatch, or shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Defects and warranty
Requests are reviewed case by case. Defective products are handled under the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty, with SUDATURK coordinating where appropriate.
