This Shipping Policy explains how shipping and logistics are handled for inquiries, quotations, and orders arranged through SUDATURK Trading & Consulting.
SUDATURK does not currently operate a direct online checkout system. Shipping terms, costs, delivery estimates, documentation, and logistics arrangements are confirmed individually based on each quotation, order, product type, destination, and agreed commercial terms.
1. Scope of Shipping Services
SUDATURK may assist clients with shipping and logistics coordination for goods sourced from Turkey and other international markets, including but not limited to China, India, Gulf countries, and other supplier locations depending on the order.
Shipping may be arranged to Sudan, Turkey, Oman, African markets, and other destinations where service is available and commercially agreed.
2. Shipping Methods
Depending on the product, quantity, destination, urgency, and client requirements, shipping may be arranged by:
- Sea freight
- Air freight
- Land transportation where applicable
- Multimodal logistics
- Other agreed shipping or forwarding methods
The final shipping method will be confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, or written commercial agreement.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not fixed on the website. They are calculated case by case based on factors such as:
- Product type
- Weight and volume
- Quantity
- Country of origin
- Destination country
- Port or airport of loading
- Port or airport of destination
- Customs and documentation requirements
- Insurance if requested
- Shipping method and carrier availability
Any shipping cost shown or discussed before final confirmation should be treated as an estimate unless stated otherwise in writing.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside SUDATURK’s direct control, including:
- Supplier readiness
- Manufacturing or preparation time
- Export documentation
- Customs clearance
- Shipping line or airline schedules
- Port congestion
- Weather conditions
- Government procedures
- Force majeure events
- Destination country regulations
SUDATURK will make reasonable efforts to coordinate and update the client regarding shipment status where applicable.
5. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, local charges, permits, approvals, or regulatory requirements in the destination country.
For industrial goods, raw materials, chemicals, mining inputs, laboratory equipment, and specialized products, the client may be required to provide import licenses, technical approvals, product classifications, or other documents required by local authorities.
6. Documentation
Depending on the shipment and agreed terms, shipping documentation may include:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Certificate of origin
- Bill of lading or airway bill
- Product specifications
- Supplier documents
- Inspection documents where applicable
- Any additional documents required by the destination country
Documentation requirements must be confirmed before shipment.
7. Risk and Responsibility
Risk transfer, responsibility for goods, and shipping liability are determined according to the agreed commercial terms between the parties, such as the quotation, invoice, proforma invoice, purchase order, or written agreement.
SUDATURK may coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers; however, shipping carriers, customs authorities, and third-party logistics providers may have their own terms and limitations.
8. Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Shipments
If a shipment is delayed, damaged, or missing, the client should notify SUDATURK as soon as possible with all available details and supporting documents.
SUDATURK will assist in communication and coordination with the relevant supplier, carrier, freight forwarder, or logistics provider where applicable. Claims are subject to the terms of the carrier, insurance provider, supplier, or agreed commercial arrangement.
